Conflicting Statements

Don't you love when two people contradict each other in the same news article?

Even more so when the journalist writing the story doesn't seem to notice!

I don't see any conflict. The BOT Chair said that parents were to be informed of the creative writing exercise, but the letter that stated that school hours were to be extended did not point out that all of this was an exercise and therefore were not meant to be sent home. They are talking about two different commnications.
